Samsung Launches A9 Smartphone with Four Camera
It has been loudly heard that Samsung is going to release its four cameras phone by the end of October. But nobody could tell the right time.
Now Samsung has confirmed that they will introduce the ‘Galaxy A9 (2018)’ model camera phones by November 2018. However, the company did not mention any specific time schedule. The four cameras will be set behind the phone. The selfie camera will be in the front. That means, there will have five cameras into the phone.
The main Camera will be of 24-megapixel. There will be an F-1.7 aperture with natural Bokeh. The second camera is Telephoto with 10 megapixels. It will have an F-4.4 aperture with Sensor. It will be able to zoom more than twice times.
It contains 8 megapixels ultra-wide camera Which will be capable to take pictures from 120-degree wide angle lens. At the same time, it will work as an action camera. The depth camera will be with 5 megapixels F-2.2 aperture.
The 6.3-inch display will have Octa-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 chipset, 2.2 GHz processor. Its display resolution is 1080 × 2220 pixels. It will have two different versions of 6GB and 8GB RAM,128GB ROM, you can extend to 512 GB using micro SD. The device will run on Android 8.0 oreo. For longer charging backup battery is of 3800 mAh.
The price of the phone will be variable based on the region. Again, the phone will not be available in all countries at a time. In Europe, it will cost 599 euros. In the UK, the price will be 549 pounds.

Customers have Huge Complaints Against Disabled SIM at BTRC
Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission, BTRC has got the maximum complaint from customers related to SIM closure. BTRC received around 364 complaints last three months. The company released a list of customers complaints for the month of July, August and September.
According to the list, around 1496 customers have complained to BTRC against mobile operator and ISP operators. Among them, BTRC has resolved of 1366 complaints. The remaining 130 cases are under the processing, said BTRC authority.
BTRC received around 491 complaints in July 2018. Of these, 464 complaints have been resolved, 27 complaints are under the processing. customers will get an immediate solution to these problems.
In August, there were solutions around 460 complaints out of 521 complaints. In September 484 cases had been filed. Among them, 442 complaints had been resolved. 42 complaints are yet to finish.
Most of these allegations are against mobile operators, BTRC said. However, there are complaints against ISPs also. customers made complaints around 20 issues including SIM closing, network issues, voice and data calls, package migration, quiz contests, cyber crime.
SIM cloning is a vital problem caused by an operator. Customers then complained against network issue. Customers have made 144 complaints in different tariffs for the last three months.
There are 121 complaints against Social media and cyber crime .customers made 51 complaints against quiz, 49 complaints against the data volumes issue.

Huawei Opens Artificial Intelligence Portfolio
Chinese technology firm Huawei unveiled AI portfolio which is applicable to all.
The third annual ‘Huawei Connect’ program has been inaugurated at the World Expo Exhibition and Convention Center in Shanghai, China. Huawei’s Rotating Chairman Eric Zhu announced about AI portfolio on this occasion.
The theme of the program has been set ‘Activate Intelligence’, where AI and its challenges, advantages, inventions and uses are being emphasized. The AI portfolio includes chips, chips activation, training framework and app activation. And ‘All Scenario’ means the application of artificial intelligence in numerous fields. It will include, public cloud, private cloud, edge computing, industrial IOT device and consumer device.
Huawei’s Rotating Chairman Eric Zhu said that Hu’s AI strategy will work to invest in the fundamental research and to develop merit, to form a complete artificial intelligence and accelerate the efforts of building a global ecosystem.
He said that they always use AI in Huawei. They are using AI to develop efficient management, to expand the telecom sector network, to introduce the Intellectual Consumer Service in the Consumer Market.
Huawei said more than 40 billion personal smart devices will be used in the world by 2025, of which 90 percent of devices will be used as smart digital assistants. Data usage will be 86 percent and the AI service will be available.
