Robi Gets ISO Certification
Mobile phone Operator Robi has achieved ISO 9001: 2015 certificate for its Quality Management System. InterTech Bangladesh has provided this certificate to this organization.
Sandeep Das, Country Managing Director of InterTech Bangladesh, recently handed over this certificate to the managing director and CEO of Robi, Mahtab Uddin Ahmed, at Robi Corporate Office, Gulshan
Chief Financial Officer Rony Tohmi, Vice President of Corporate Process Improvement and Compliance (CPIC) Mohammed Sultan Mahmud and other officials were present on the occasion.
This certification reflects the fact that Robi successfully implements the Quantity Management System. After following international standards success of the operator has been verified. Robi has maintained this standard for the last 10 years, officials said.
As a recognition of quality management system, ISO 9001 is a global standard. This recognition plays an important role in providing accurate and quality products or services to meet the needs of customers and other partners.
